Kitchen design 3 is estimated on 12 feet of base cabinets and 18 feet wall cabinets.

The renovated area is based on 280 square feet which includes demolition of cabinets, walls, ceiling and flooring.

Appliances to be supplied by owner and will be installed by SPDGC, Inc.

Includes permits, materials, and disposal fees (hazardous waste not included).

CABINETS: KraftMaid Cabinetry. Select oak, cherry, maple, birch, and hickory with various door styles to choose from, standard wood finishes, plywood sides, crown molding, full extension self close dovetail drawers

COUNTERS: Granite Eased edge, sink cut out, template and installation, with 6 colors to choose from.

PLUMBING: Supply and install one undermount sink and faucet in existing location. Choose from three Delta faucets and three Elkay double bowl stainless steel sinks.

ELECTRICAL: Install new plugs and switches in existing locations. Add six recess lights

WALLS: Insulate, blueboard, plaster, paint

FLOORING: Tile or oak hardwood

Delta faucet and accessories

The renovated area is based up to 50 square feet which includes the demolition of cabinets, walls, ceiling and flooring.

All material to be supplied be and installed by SPDGC, INC.

PLUMBING: Supply and install one fiberglass tub or shower, one undermount sink and faucet. Choose from three Delta faucets and a Mansfield undermount sink, also included matching towel bar, toilet paper holder, towel ring and a robe hook. New fixture will be reinstalled in their existing plumbing locations. All non visible plumbing issues and out of code plumbing will be addressed and an additional cost will be evaluated.

ELECTRICAL: Install new plugs and switches in existing locations. Install a new vanity light and a new fan / light ceiling fixture.

WALLS: Insulate, blueboard, plaster, and paint

FLOORING: Ceramic tile

MISC: If applicable install new trim around window and door and install baseboard.
